Overall clean, gorgeous hotel with very helpful and caring staff with excellent customer service. Smooth check in and late check out.

Had 1 day in Al Ain, spending our time here lovely. The staff were all pleasant, and the room was unique and neat with a sofa. The rooftop restaurant onsite had amazing dishes...

Everything is really good here, had a lovely stay of 4 nights. The units are great-sized and well decorated with a sofa. Great to have an individual safe, climate control, and an iron.

I enjoyed staying in this fabulous and great place. The staff were wonderful and lovely all the time. The hotel was set in a central area close to 1 resturant, different restaurants and Aloft Al Ain. Downstairs bar was there.

By and large, it was well priced place with extremely helpful staff specially in the reception Mr ahmed and his duty manager.

Good sized and well decorated room with extremely comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV available. Magnificent, favourable location next to a stadium.

I found everything great, would recomand it to anyone. The hotel was absolutely great, as you can expect from Al Ain. I booked impressive and impeccable room with a sofa and good water pressure, for example.

The place was great, it worked for me. Appreciated the room with a sofa, my bed was lovely. The location was marvellous and incredible for Al Ain, next to the restaurants, many things, such as sleeper, tooth brush, and other complimentary stuff and center. Amazing dishes were served at the rooftop restaurant.

The rooms were good-sized and tastefully decorated and the location was unbeatable near the Al Ain town square.

It was easy base for travelling to Al Ain, I was glad to stay there. I really enjoyed the room with a sofa, the bed was lovely.
